WHERE IS MY SERIAL KEY AND HOW CAN I REGISTER YOUR LIBRARY TO NATIVE ACCESS/KONTAKT?
For now, our libraries (Kontakt Instruments) don't require any serial numbers and can be opened directly thru the Kontakt/Files tab and loaded into the Quick Search.
I CAN'T HEAR ANY SOUND FROM YOUR KONTAKT INSTRUMENT!
As a default with our libraries (Kontakt Instruments), the volume can be controlled directly with the MIDI CC#1 MODULATION controller. By moving your Modulation Wheel or CC#1 controller, the sound should be present right away!
ARE YOUR SAMPLES AND PACKS ROYALTY FREE?
Yes, our samples are royalty-free. After purchasing our samples you don't owe us any additional royalties and/or fees. 
CAN I USE YOUR SAMPLES IN MY MUSIC PRODUCTIONS?
​Yes, you can. Our sample packs are cleared and have not been registered to Youtube ID content and P.R.O.
CAN I USE YOUR SAMPLES TO MAKE MY OWN SAMPLE PACKS?
Unfortunately, you can't. You can make your own sample packs out of our samples if it's for your own use only.
(This means that if you make a new sample pack out of our samples, you can't sell it or re-sell it or give it away to anybody else.)
CAN I MAKE AN A CAPELLA TRACK FROM YOUR SAMPLES?
​Unfortunately not. You can't make an a capella only versions or tracks from our samples and sell them for either consumer listening (iTunes, Spotify, etc.) or licensing. All of our samples must be used in the context of a background (for example: together with the background synths, orchestra, beat, etc. ).
FORMATS AND QUALITY OF SAMPLES?
Usually, our samples are recorded on 44.1kHZ/16bit quality and are in WAV format.
I PURCHASED A PACK, BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DOWNLOAD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If this happens, we apologise. Please contact us ASAP.
CAN I GET A REFUND ON YOUR PURCHASED PACK?
If you purchased and downloaded the pack/tracks, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund, sorry.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DOWNLOAD?
After the purchase, your download should arrive immediately (sometimes might take longer) to your email together with an invoice. 
LICENSING TERMS
1. By using our samples, you agree to our Licensing policy.
2. Krux Audio products provided to you are not sold, but licensed by Dual Horns Studio Limited (Dual Horns Studio) under the terms of this Licensing Agreement.
3. By purchasing our product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our samples (and other products) in the context of musical works only.
4. Our products cannot be used without musical context (this includes creating acapella-only tracks).
5. Our products cannot be re-sold, redistributed or re-edited and sold as a new sample library, sample-based product, virtual instrument or sound-effect (commercially or otherwise).
6. This License is NOT transferable, only the original end-user is granted the license.
7. The End-User is allowed to use our products in all kinds of music productions.
