Our main goal, with this sample pack, was to provide simple and effective tool for producers and composers who need an airy, light and an atmospheric female vocals right out-the-box. We made these samples to be effective when creating ambient and atmospheric soundtracks for video games, films and movies, documentary films, relaxing and meditation backgrounds, including styles like indie pop, indie rock, indie folk, alternative, cinematic indie, post rock, chill music, ambient pop, lo-fi, etc.
The pack (and Kontakt Instrument) is a phrase-based only, with each sample featuring a melodic line, sang in Lydian Mode/Scale in C: C-D-E-F#-G-A-B-C).

Lydian Mode in C
The Kontakt Instruments features three knobs: Reverb (set with CC#11 Expression as a main controller by default), Chorus (set with CC#9) and Delay (set with CC#2 by default) where CC#1 Modulation is the main controller for volume.
In order to get the best results, we would suggest to use external reverbs by other 3rd party developers.
Depending on your preference of workflow, with the download you'll find three main folders: Kontakt Instrument, MP3 and WAV folder (where MP3 and WAV are the same samples as the ones in the Kontakt Instrument).
We recorded all the content in 44.1kHz/16bit.
HINT: To get more interesting results, you can try pressing (in Kontakt) or combining two or more samples at the same time.

ABOUT ANDREA KRUX
Andrea Krux is a professional female vocalist and trained opera singer, specialized in ethnic (Middle Eastern, Slavic, Balkan and Asian) and epic cinematic styles of singing. She recorded over 100 songs which have been featured in over 1000 projects so far, ranging from small business commercials to international trailers and advertising campaigns of multinational brands such as MARS, Inc., Swarovski, etc. Andrea has a three-octave range, from lower E3 to a powerful upper register F6.
